Introduction

PERSONAL DATA

General
Personal data is all kinds of data that can be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such data. We can collect data when you perform ordinary interactions on the website. E.g. when you sign up for our newsletter, participate in a competition/survey, register as a new user/subscriber or by other use of services or purchases through our website.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and pages you visit. If you give your explicit consent and enter the information yourself, we also process name, telephone number, e-mail, address, and customer/facility number.

Security
We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Your data will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose is fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your data being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the attention of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise treated in violation of the law.

Purpose
The data is used to identify you as a user and communicate relevantly with you, and to be able to provide you with the services you have requested, e.g. to receive newsletters. In addition, we use the data to optimize and improve our services and content.

Storage period
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. The time of storage depends on the nature of the data and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to provide a general time frame for when data is deleted.

Disclosure of information
We do not disclose your data to third party advertisers, but only to third parties facilitating direct communication between Brunata and you, such as LinkedIn.
In addition, we use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. They process data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We will only disclose your personal data, such as name and e-mail etc., if you give your consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide the adequate protection of your data.

Insights and complaints
You are entitled to get access to the data we are processing about you in a standard format (data portability). You may object to the use of the data at any time. You may also revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you are entitled to have it rectified or deleted. Inquiries can be made to: kundeservice@brunata.dk. You are also entitled to file complaints with the relevant supervisory authority (in Denmark the relevant authority is the Danish Data Protection Agency). If you no longer wish us to process your personal data or to restrict the processing of your personal data, you may also send us a request to the above email address.
